Fun at the Park

We took Colin to the park today and I don't have to tell you that he absolutely loved it! He was non-stop, and when he got home he was ready for a nap.

Easter, etc.

Since we are going out with the choir Easter Sunday morning, I thought I would get Colin's Easter basket ready the day before and atleast get pictures of it! Hopefully I will get pictures of Colin with his basket on Sunday! It was always a tradition in my family to color eggs the day before Easter, so now I'm starting to do that with my own little family.
Colin absolutely loves helping me do dishes! (Pardon the bare legs) He could play in water for a very long time!

And here are the famous eggs...I think they're adorable!

Here's a close up

and another!

and finally Colin's little Easter basket! (if you look close, there's not a whole lot of chocolate...I didn't want a major mess!)

#2

Good news!! Our little family will be growing in the near future! October 19th is the due date and we are very excited. I had my first appointment and sonogram last Friday and everything looks great! Blood work today and more things to come I'm sure! I'm 12 weeks today.

Little Red Riding Colin

The wagon was a Christmas gift from Grandma and Grandpa Palmer! Now that it is getting nice out, we thought we'd test it out! I think you'll be able to tell that Colin loved his new toy!

Colin trying an apple!

His expression tells the story...yes he spit it out. It was a Granny Smith.

When he was sick, he just laid around and cuddled!

Walking Pneumonia!

Just an update to let you all know that Colin does in fact have walking pneumonia. He had a fever the past couple days and a congested cough, so I took him to the doctor before the weekend. It's a good thing I did. It would've been worse if we didn't catch it in time! He had some chest x-rays and it was just the beginning stages, so I just got a prescription and went home. He is a little better today (no fever), but still sick! He's a very much on-the-go little person, and the past couple days he's been just laying around on me or the floor. Not the little boy I know for sure!! Better health is on the way though!
